Disconnection and Bottom Line
Disconnection and anxiety have become prevalent with remote working (with new youngest members being impacted the hardest). Both issues affect bottom line.
To address those issues we provide programs of Team Excellence through Connection. These are based on our organizational experience and our expertise in human psychology. They address anxiety and disconnection by creating spaces where your team learns to connect and excel at a human level.

Core Connection
We put in place scheduled, facilitated spaces of connection, with your involvement. These are spaces where, in essence, it’s OK, to not be OK. These spaces are most impactful on your bottom line when no work issues are brought up, initially at least.
These spaces are facilitated with core interventions used in psychotherapy to foster cohesion and effectiveness in groups.
We find that even over Zoom (/Teams/Meet/Webex…), quality of human connection can be increased over un-facilitated in-person connection.
Support LEVELS
We provide support in the following manner:
we coach you, or key members in your team, in facilitating connection for your team,
we facilitate spaces where your team learns to connect.
Additionally, as needed, we also work one-on-one with specific individual(s) who need support.

It is our experience that high efficacy goes hand-in-hand with your leadership. We therefore highly recommend your involvement in the process.
